In 2015 our Pastor Steve started a study about Elders & Deacons in the New Testament Church. This was followed by another study in 2017 that looked at the Question of Gender in those roles.

These are the notes from those studies led by Pastor Steve, prior to the completion and acceptance of the Bylaw. You may note some differences in the notes compared to the finalized Bylaw.
