Junior Church Sign In/Out Procedures

We have two Junior Church classrooms separated by age. Our rooms are staffed by qualified, trained and screened volunteers with a passion for teaching our children about Jesus Christ through a set curriculum. 

1. Parents/Guardians are required to sign their children in and out of Junior Church. The sign in sheet is located at the Welcome Desk for parents to sign before the service begins. Special care instructions, food allergies or other designated adults for sign out should be noted on the sign in sheet.  Note our facility is nut, scent and latex aware. We do our best to try to accommodate all families. 
   
   
2. New families attending our programs for the first time must fill out a “General Consent and Waiver Form” located at the Welcome Desk. These documents are updated yearly for all families in accordance with our Child Safety Policy.
   
   
3. Children will participate in children’s time in the sanctuary then exit through the main doors to meet their junior church teacher.
   
   
4. All junior church materials are supplied. Students do not need to bring any items with them.
   
   
5. At the end of the service parents will sign their children out from their junior church rooms located through the gymnasium doors. Children cannot leave their junior church room until a parent/guardian or other designated adult has signed them out.
